Our check in hours are between 4:00 and 7:00 PM. Just come on in; we may be out on the patio. Late check-ins can be arranged. If we can't be here to greet you later, you will have a packet of info waiting. You can make yourselves at home and we'll see you at breakfast at 9:00! Please notify us if you will be arriving later than 7:00. Latest check-in allowed is 10:00 PM, unless a dire situation is to blame! Unfortunately, no early check-in can be allowed due to the time we need to prepare the rooms and grounds for your arrival.
Our check-out time is 11:00, which allows us time to do the laundry and prepare the rooms perfectly for the next guests!
Coffeemakers, and tea and supplies are in each room and coffee is also available by 7:30 in the dining room. Hot water and tea are available there 24/7. Please let us know at check-in or in your reservation notes if you prefer decaf coffee. Breakfast is served buffet style in the dining room at 9:00 each morning. From there you can eat wherever your heart desires; out on the sunny patio, in the dining room, or in bed. Guests often take advantage of other guests wine experiences. Feel free to wear your robes to breakfast, this is a casual place. If you need a different breakfast time just let us know and we'll try to accommodate your need . If you have allergies to anything please notify us of that in the reservation notes so that we can plan for it. We'll have a cheese plate for you in the mini fridge in dining area on the evening you arrive. Please enjoy the patio and try to catch the sunset if you can; it’s usually spectacular from here. A sunset timetable is in each room. Many evenings at sunset and beyond, we join our guests around the outdoor fireplace where everyone shares wine, chocolate, and wine country adventures.
There is an outdoor kitchen area for your use May thru October. With BBQ, refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, sink and dishes it’s perfect for having dinner on the patio. We provide Montreal Steak Seasoning, salt and pepper. We do require that the kitchen area is cleaned, and dishes washed, dried, and put away following your meal, so that it is available to others. If you plan to use the outdoor kitchen you will want to pack other supplies that you'll need. We do have a good, though small, grocery store in town should you need additional items. .
Unless your party has rented all of our rooms, our quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. During that time, televisions and voices must be kept at low volume! This insures a good nights rest for all. For this reason, special arrangements must be made for late check-ins.
Weather permitting, our pool is open June 1st through September 15th, and spas year round from 8 A.M. to 10 P.M. Terry robes and towels for the pool and spa, as well as hairdryers are provided.
You can find shopping, restaurant, and event info at the Prosser Chamber website at www.prosserchamber.org. Reservations are recommended at many of the restaurants, and casual attire is just fine. You may pick up a Prosser attractions directory at most any business or winery in Prosser, and at the Sunset House. We are number 9 on that map.
