The Sunset House is perched on a private 35 acre hilltop overlooking Prosser, with 360 degree panoramic views of the Yakima River, Mt. Adams, Mt. Rainier, the Rattlesnake Hills and Horse Heaven Hills.  All of our guest rooms are equipped with  private bath*, luxurious linens, spa robes, pool towels, satellite TV/Music, DVD and Wi-Fi, coffee service, and wine glasses.  All guests share the large living room, breakfast area, in-ground pool, patios, outdoor fireplace, picnic areas, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, and main hot tub overlooking the Yakima Valley.  All stays include a complimentary cheese and olive plate, a bottle of wine, and Chukkar Cherries treats upon arrival plus full breakfast daily.

*Please note that the Sunset Suite has a private patio with hot tub, in addition to the shared areas mentioned above. 

*Please note that the large private bath for Valley View #1 is across the hallway from the room, and that room does have a walk in closet for wine and suitcase storage!  All other rooms have in room baths. 

*Please note that the 5th room, our East End room is only available for groups when ALL other rooms are already booked. We reserve the right to move guests into a Valley View room should one become available.
