** The East End room is only available to groups when all other rooms are booked, and we reserve the right to move guests from this room into any available Valley View room should one become available.  

This room has a peaceful view of the Horse Heaven Hills and the pond with water feature.  This quiet room is situated on the far east end of the home, away from the other guest rooms.  We call this our "Car Buff" room because guests in this room park INSIDE our garage and have their own entrance to their room from there.  Oak floors, king size bed, built in desk area, and large ceramic tiled private bath complete the cozy room.  Enjoy the luxurious linens, spa robes, pool towels, hairdryer, satellite TV/Music, DVD, Wi-Fi, daily maid service, coffee service, and wine glasses with opener found in this room, as well as a bottle of red or white wine, a cheese plate, and a gift box of Chukkar cherries when you arrive!

This room shares all the amenities of the Sunset House, including  the large living room, piano, stereo, and dining area.   Outdoors, guests enjoy the in-ground pool, extensive patios, outdoor fireplace, picnic areas, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, hot tub overlooking the Yakima Valley, pond with water feature, hammock and benches.

Rate is $139.00; includes wine, cheese and chocolate on arrival & full breakfast!                  

Guests staying 3 or more nights will receive $10.00 off each night stayed.  Rates are for one or two persons per room. 

Two night minimum stay on weekends. 

**The East End Room is only available on weekends and when all other rooms are already rented.  We reserve the right to move guests from this room into a Valley View room if one becomes available.
